GoReadyMade is looking for enthusiastic, customer-centric superstars to join our Customer Support department, and help us keep our customers the happiest on the planet. We are open to full time or part time positions for those on a flexible schedule.
What will you do?
- Build relationships with our customers so that joining a GoReadyMade subscription is about more than just a meal, but it opens up a community of people passionate about getting food fast.
- Follow up with customers and help solve any issues they might be having
- Help us increase customer retention by providing outstanding customer service
- Become an expert in the GoReadyMade product and how to make this work best for each individual customer
- Be the voice of our customers within our team, always sharing the feedback we receive to help us continuously improve our product
What will you have?
- Customer service experience and love for helping people
- Sales experience and phone experience would be a bonus
- Professional English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment of a startup
- Excellent attention to detail
- A love of food helps!
